It is hard to say what would have been the result with air gems in the battle. I would have definitly lost more mermaids, which maybe could have forced the big guys to rout. However I doubt the air spell would have been enough to kill them if they don't rout.
I sincerly hope you don't have 2 or 3 more army of demons like the one I defeated in reserve
It was kinda impressive.
Now I have to find a way to deal with your cute dragon. His regen rate is err above average I would say
