Well,you are at least on par in every graph,except Research where you are leading by a huge margin+ you are a blood nation+ you are at peace it seems= you are by far more powerful.
I can tell its never fun to wage an early war vs a water nation even with the top tier land nation for that matter: EA Agartha.
