Ok, so:
- I have set Independents to 8
- game is now closed, we have 17 players, 14 land, 3 water
- I am working on the map, we can start when I finish it and some people can check for problems
- Victory Conditions set at 7/19 caps, will it be ok? I don't think we want more with settings like that
