Without looking at my turn I will say that I won't be redoing my turn. The last time this happened, I did not redo the turn, nor did I send in the same turn again. I did nothing. It worked. Please only the two nations who staled (I'm not even sure who they were, was Caelum one?) send in turns. The rest of us should do nothing. Let's hear from anyone who disagrees on this point.
GB - I think if you just delete your new 2h file and retrieve the old one from your sent emails you should be fine.
