No, actually I'm not.
I just checked the unit prices in the recruitment screen instead of ending the turn to see my upkeep the following turn. The problem is I didn't change the starting army from the original unit numbers to the new ones.
I will fix this and go ahead and correct the other things I mentioned earlier at the same time.
