If you're new to the game, your best bet is to join an MP game and get your *** kicked by a bunch of guys who are each wearing just the right boots for the job.
Alternatively, you can follow the
ridiculously time-consuming During Action Report that I'm maintaining in the MP sub-board, but watching me get my *** kicked can only get you so far. See one, do one, teach one, that's my motto.
