I'm subbing for Ryleh for a few turns while Eresseil3 is away. It's just temporary, but I'd like it if folks could let me know any diplomatic agreements. I didn't get a chance to talk to Eresseil3 before he went away.
Oh and I think it's clear Ryleh is fighting Oceania
