Now, even though I may be willing to play this not-so-well-off Ulm, even I would've just set Ermor to AI.
Oh yes, can I expect not to get hammered to death in the first few turns I'm in (seeing that Ulm's not at war with anyone but an even deader nation)? It's not like I'm a threat in this lil corner of mine, and I'm quite peaceful anyway!
