That's a good joke man. I've heard it before though. But isn't it supposed to be "'Hind' lick"? "Heinie lick" just doesn't sound right. Oh well, it still gets the punch line across.
"Heinie" is a slang term for the butt, at least in my end of the world. It's also recognized by the New Collegiate Dictionary so that makes it official.
