You must have been testing a different Luck/Misfortune scale than Misfortune3, since as Redeyes says, you can not get any national heroes with a Misfortune3 scale. |
I am sorry if my post was a bit confusing - the number "3" fell off Misfortune in the first sentence of the first paragraph.
