The losers end up with Growltigga running their countries for say, 2 or 3 yrs... 
that way they would think twice before they gripe.........
Aha, how much do you think I could embezzle in a 2 year period? how much taking-advantage of the cream of a country's womanhood could I do in a couple of years? how much social reform could I get through in 2 years? how much injustice could I right in a couple of years?
