Sub needed...good opportunity to play end game
Need a sub un Visious Circle....it is a pretty unique game and Niefl has no more time for Domionions. You have a pretty good nation and are in the middle of the pack.
Not sure of diplomatic status, very good players for the most part and would give you a lot of needed end game exp.
plenty of time between turns.
