Specifically, the "name" is the unit type name, not the actual name of the unit. So, for example, you'd wish for "Great Hag" instead of "Angerboda". In the case of R'lyeh's hero, use the unit type name "Stargazer".
Stargazer has the highest astral at 5, and also comes with 2W and 2H, but other decent high-astral wishable units (each with astral 4) that have some different magic diversity options include:
Aboleth - 4S, 4W, only 2 misc slots though (note: gives the R'lyeh hero unit, not a regular Aboleth)
Blinded - 4S, 2E, 2N, 2H (has old age, so give him a thistle mace right away)
Chayot - 1 form has 4S, other forms have 4F, 4E, and 4A, all forms have 4H
Seraph - 4S, 4F, 4A, 4H
Son of Kokabel - 4S, 3B, 1H (devours pop)
