What basically means that the "best" (read: easiest) way to set up a single player campaign is to dial up to 99999 points, and then just buy everything you think is appropiate for the force you want to picture.
Unless, o.c., you're such a Steel Panthers Nerd that you
know how many points those mech inf batt plus 2 assault gun squad plus a armoured scout comp and some SPAA will cost
exactly. Even if you're playing Rumania or Italy.
