Hi!

1) Does the number of resources a province provides decrease when population decreases? (If not taking unrest into account.) I plan to blood hunt in a fort of mine where i also plan to build troops later.

2) What kind of terrains favor what kind of magic sites? (forest-nature, mountain-earth, and perhaps wastes-fire all i know) I remember reading it somewhere here.
