MORAL CONDUCT:
Try to restrict use of profanity to words you'd hear on primetime network TV. Linking to websites with inappropriate ad banners is also forbidden. Using a "Not Safe for Work" (NSFW) label on threads, pictures or posts is acceptable for items which are appropriate on the forum but inappropriate for work. Strong profanity should generally be restricted. "Damn," "Hell," and "Microsoft" are all okay.

Do not post any material which is knowingly false, and or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, racist, obscene, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation.

Private Messages received on these forums are to be considered private and are not to be posted publicly or forwarded to other users unless the sender of the private message agrees. If you have a problem with a PM and need to involve moderators or administrators, please click on "Report PM". We reserve the right to read any PMs, if necessary, to determine if a violation of the rules have occured.

Chris, I give you permission to post every PM we have between each other. Either produce the post that we agreed to a NAP, or I demand an apology for knowingly making a false stament against me. I have all of my turns saved in email and will happily forward them to a known neutral party for review if you even think to suggest that our NAP came in game. Give me permission and I will happily post our PM's if you somehow lost or deleted our NAP agreement.

I believe you have been very busy and did not have internet access lately- maybe you did not have time to fully review your PM's.

I do not mind you using hyperbole against me and overstating the nature of my forces in your dominion (which is in fact mostly true) and I suppose you think it took me a long time to move those forces into your dominion when in fact it only took 1 turn (of course you could not see them because they were stealthed). All of these things are in game; go ahead and say what you like about the game.

Saying that I broke A NAP that we had agreed upon I do take personal. It has multi-game implications which I refuse to let you get away with.
