Yes, maybe Broken Empire could be just an alternate nation in MA. But it would be too similar to both Ashen Empire Ermor & Emerald Empire Pythium to make it a separate faction like Vanheim/Helheim.
And LA Pythium, Marignon, Ulm descriptions said about a victory over Ermor as thing of the past...
