OK - The turn you just recieved is the first turn to officially have ALL CAPITALS in place.

As you have seen above there are some cheating messages - we do not know the source of this, however I am hoping it is just a missing mod at creation (and thus not a major problem). Treat the current turn as the first legit turn of the game.
