Bollocks. Unless you are actively *deficient* in any nutrients (or pregnant), there is sound evidence *only* that the following are good for you:
* Low doses of ethanol
* Moderate exercise
* Fruits and vegetables
* Fiber (on top of the fruits and vegetables)
* Sex - preferably hot and steamy

Vitamin D. 10 minutes per day in the sun when it's available. Milk or supplements (up to 400% RDA is sometimes recommended) per day will help prevent all sorts of infections. ^_^
