Illwinter IS very involved in a new project.
We dont know if its a Dom4, we dont if its not.
Anyone who knows anything about it is tied up tight with NDA's (non-disclosure agreements).
But Dom3 has lived years on my machines as did Dom2 and Dom1. Heck I still sometimes play the game before ALL the doms (Conquest of Ellysium III, available as a free download). Whatever the new project is I am sure that I am looking forward to it.
