Uh... something got a bit off track.. Most people have a Vitamin D deficiency. Usually not enough to cause Rickets, but I do agree with most of the stuff from that list. The "Fruits and Vegetables" part should mention that a diverse array of fruits and vegetables is better than just bananas and broccoli all the time.
