somehow my eyes managed to miss it.
so the case is: an a2 d1 bean shidhe (la man summon) wearing shroud and weightless tower shield starts battle without "blessed" state (it it wont change). Simple indy province, no enchantments.
I was using worthy heroes 1.9, debug, mark of the champion.
however i couldnt replicate the phenomenon in tries with only debug mod.
