It takes 30 seconds to test this. At least for the Air Shield + Bless case, Arrow Fend would take a little more work but I'm about 95% sure it would work the same way.

Start up a EA Caelum game with an Air Bless. I used 40%. Recruit an Eagle King, script him to Bless, Air Shield and send him to attack. Observe the results.

Which are, for the record: They don't stack. Bless got him to 40%, Air Shield set him to 80%.
