Originally Obat 066 had inf ATGM teams with crew 4, ammo 4.
It was changed in later updates when many ammo systems, like auto cannons etc were reduced.
Crew 4, ammo 4 is probably closest to the actual organisation while keeping team size, vulnerability etc reasonable in game terms.
