Those are pzgr mech inf with a MILAN, not inf-AT.
There is no particular reason to have MAW or ATGM as separate teams as non slot 1 weapons if the OOB designer does not want to do it that way. (Inf SAM not in a proper team
can be a problem with e.g. EW (they must have 0, which is fine for people untrained with SAM I think) and not reaction firing if not a proper inf-SAM element - default max range is the slot 1 rifle.)
