Yeah, I saw that. Life is tough for the glamour nations.
And a level 0 FotA for Ulm? That doesn't seem like it will stick. Oh well, have to see how it plays out and of course one can always mod the mod.
But I think this game has quite a ways to go. After the current set of wars, at least one more, maybe two. And you can only blame yourself for fighting so hard and now casting (and keeping) WoM - I think you'll be around for quite a while.
