Well, there is no "fair" in war. You can give the AI bonuses out the wazoo, (give 5k racial points, but dont use any, or give it bonuses and team them up). Or you can make it easy.

The two will hover, spinning inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.
