I tried reinstalling DirectX, but I already have the last.
When I Alt-Tab the game and come back to it, for 2 seconds the game is good, then it becomes blurry again.

Yeah. But maybe changing the resolution can fix the small fonts. I wanted to try both in fscreen or window.

As for font size it's not going to change there is no way to make it change without tearing most of the game apart. If you need a lower resolution to read the fonts then you need to run in a lower resolution that's why we included all of them.

As I already wrote (other thread), you should put a second resolution option: The one which the game would swap to when displaying the texts (the screens other than the combat one).
