Also, llamabeast confirmed Song of Power being at level 0 was a typo. Unless other issues come to light I think we can get around this without uploading a modified CBM. Song of Power requires N4 and a gem so it shouldn't be a problem to avoid scripting it (duh) and avoid giving my N3 mages enough gems to cast it unscripted until I've actually researched Ench. 6.
