Default Loading "USED" PBeM turns

A few questions about loading a "used" PBeM turn for writing AAR (in FULL security PBeM session):

1. Is it possible to load a "used" PBeM turn (the one I have finished and backed-up) MID-GAME without raising the FAIL counter? That is, I load it when it is my opponent's turn and NOT mine.

2. What about loading those used turns AFTER the PBeM game in that slot has been finished completely? Will it nuke the PBeM slot registry (the game's finished, then I load the first turn, write the AAR, then replace with second turn, so on)?

I'm asking it just in case someday I would write my previous battle's AARs. (Or if I need to make a review-in-depth about a particular turn).
