OK 2 more hours and another tech. The phone company was out checking the lines from my house to their main box. And said "*&^% thats crappy wiring. It was rotten." so they replaced it all.
Hopefully that ends the lag times and breaks in connectivity to the
Dom3Minions.com server.
For those who feel that they were overly burdened by this, take it as a hint from the cosmos that you are gaming too much.
