I've run into a situation where the scenario editor is crashing.
Using the default USMC OOB (#13)
1) Open Editor
2) Load Scenario #976
3) Buy a Rifle Company (Infantry)
4) Delete
60mm Mortars
3rd Platoon
2nd Platoon
1st Platoon
5) Do not delete
Scout Section
Company HQ
6) Hit "Done"
7) When asked "Buy Landing Craft for USMC (Y/N)?
Answer N
8) Hit "Deploy"
