I understand the main gun and coax would be given the bonus from the fire control. Do the other two machine guns get this bonus as well? I know it is a stupid question but I have always wondered it.

There is only one FC rating, RF, and Stab as well as vision rating for a unit. All of those numbers apply to the
entire unit weapons. (ROF is adjusted to 6 for MG type weapons, if the main ROF is lower).
The turret (if the unit has one) applies to all weapons as well - except slot 4 is assumed to be a bow mount if the unit is classed as turreted and the weapon is a larger WH (as far as I recall anyway) - see WW2 Char B and Lee/Grant hull 75mm.
