With your AI mod, I'm wondering if you took a minimal invasive technique to bolster the AI?

I ask, because I just started playing and have not beat the AI yet, but when I do, I don't want much to change with your patch, just an AI that makes better use of what he builds (like the spaceport thing you fixed)...
