Even if you had those charts it would still not be 100% accurate because of so many other factors.
One could calculate all the factors til your head spins,but imo it comes down to "shoot and pray",if a couple shots land and don't penatrate,then likely they won't again at the thickness, angle of armour and speed of the target
or your angle,range,elavation,speed or whatever you are firing from.
Reposition and try again or wait for the target to reposition if not exposed,trail and error has a big factor also
