You can have 1 planet affecting facility and one system affecting facility working at the same time. The highest rated one is the one that works. It doesn't matter what type they are (robotoid, religious, etc.). So, one Planet Robotoid facility and one System Robotoid facility will stack. But, building a Planet Scanner, or a Religious Shrine will do nothing.
