I didn't send you any links the first time Don, I was guessing you guys would investigate the info and make a final decision on weapon specs/availability/credible equipment modernization.
Units will begin receiving the C16 systems in May 2011. I'm not 100% sure of this because Cdn military equipment acquisitions are usally quite a bureaucratic process. I believe this AGM would be used at the Coy level and not at section/squad level.

As for the M3 Carl-G I know they are used in the Canadian Army, I used to work on them. The only major difference between the M3 and M2 is the weight. They use the same ammo types. The Cdn army issued the M3's to the para units first because they were much lighter. The only difference in game between the M2/M3 I believe is the Heat penetration 40/50. This update is no biggy if it does no make final patch update.
