We know what you mean. We, Agarthans, have had such misfortune for many years now...

Have no worry: we will not invade the previously mentioned provinces (Boat Eater and Green Sea), so even if it takes your armed forces a bit of time to get there, they will find the enemy unspoiled. The Deep Council estimates these seas represent a fair reward for your support and contribution.
