Long ago you started an unjustified war against the brilliant Ulmian civilization. We believe you betrayed your own centuries-old principles of stability and equilibrium by this aggressive act. Fate, in Her wisdom, has sent you a clear message by destroying your army under the walls of Ulm.

Ulm has then counter-attacked you, making for a re-balancing of tEquilibrium. Your mages and celestial servants, helped by even stranger creatures summoned from far away, have helped you to preserve your ancient kingdom's integrity. And so the equilibrium and balance of power have now been restored.

Now Jörmungandr wishes to provide you with a friendly advise: do not commit the same mistake twice, and stop the flow of violence you once unleashed. You may want to reconquer provinces lost to you, but do not attack Ulm's heartland East of the city of Ard and of the Feldan Forest.

The Ulmian civilization cannot be compared to the Ermorian and R'lyeh barbarians. They brought us, Agarthans, a new breath when we had lost all hope, and our World still needs their lights. If you consider yourself fiend of the Ancient Ones, then consider the Ulmian principality in these regions [41, 42, 47, 50] as part of the Agarthan Well-Protected Domains. Thus aggression in these regions will mean withdrawal from our peace treaty
