Wind Direction
In a scenario is the wind direction set...
1) When the map is designed?
2) When the scenario is built?
3) When the campaign is built?
4) Each time the battle is played?
5) Some other time?
How about wind strength? Is it variable? Sometimes smoke dissipates in 4 turns sometimes it feels like less.
