There are no modding commands that can change these. If the temple and fort graphics appear as separate files in the Dom3 directory (the way the GUI border elements etc do), they could be changed just by substituting a different image file, but AFAIK that is not the case. I think they are buried somewhere in the trs files or somewhere else in a packaged file.
