If this spell is then recast, do you gain a new horde of Umbrals? And what about the SC's? Since they're unique you won't get two of each, but do you get back those who were killed before? Do the ones still in the game teleport to the casters province? (Like wishing for uniques?)
If this is the case it might be worth to overwrite your own spell in certain circumstances.
