I reinstalled the game and the patches and looked at that icon again, but I stil saw the shp header error. Further research shows it is infact the hull that has no header data (not the turret as I first posted).

The SHP error should show in scenario # 98 - Libya Again
HEX co-ordinates: 64,82 and 36,37 have the unit B2 R Puma (6) with turret off hull (or hull off turret).
