Default Russia OOB 11 - unit 414 - wrong range missile weapon 99
SPAA Pantsyr-S1 true range 20 km (now in WinSPMBT it as S-400).
S-400 in SPMBT 255-60.
Pantsyr-S1 = 255-24.

ARM missile ALARM (200-100 in SPMBT) it is not effective against Pantsyr-S1.
But in fact range ALARM = 93 km .
