So there's no confusion, this announcement is coming at the start of turn 50 which means your nation and mine will have all of turns 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, and 55 to get ready for the slugfest that'll start on turn 56. Aqualibrium really doesn't appreciate having her enchantment handiwork knocked down time and again.
