If I order the CD version in the box, will it come with the latest version of the game on the CD and the latest version of the manual? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Also, on the game purchase web page, it says that the boxed version comes with a "printed manual", but above in this thread you use the term "starter guide". Please clarify if there is a difference. Is there a full printed manual in the box?
