Some of us are feeling a bit of an odd placement cramp though is more my concern. If my calculations are correct that dom candle I saw was actually caelum giving me more room in the north to get up to (possibly) 10 provs providing noone else interferes. As it stands I've got 4 folks bordering me now which leads me to believe that Niefel, Ulm, and Caelum have the ENTIRE eastern front to expand in. And those are alot of farmland provs for just 3 nations. And while their expansion has been less than stellar... It's still quite a nice advantage if they can act on it. |
Well, I've been in a bit of a bind, you see. Picked the wrong provinces to attack, and with insufficient troops to do it with. Plus had a few instances where my crossbows decided to attack...nothing when there were large blobs of enemies closing in on them.
Terrible expansion phase on my part.
