Keep in mind that you don't *have* to do everything every turn. I have tons of troops sitting in my castles because I can't be bothered yet to send them out to die. I'll mass a pile and march them out when I need to.
Think of excessive micro as a penalty to level the playing field for those of us with smaller armies
Do what you can, submit your turn, and if it goes badly, your micro will be easier next turn!
