Has anyone figured out the fomula SEIV uses to calculate score
I know that it is related to resources, number of ships, techs discovered, and all the other factors. But does anyone actually know how much each of these is weighted toward generating a number for score. I looked through the .txt files and the manual but couldn't find a formula anywhere.
