coming to think of that, you said your scouts are monitoring things, how come this has something to do with your word? Like, you 2 (or 3) have open borders -policy for each one anothers scouts? If not, the info achieved using scouts is not classified diplomatic intel per se, but instead a commodity, which, as you pointed out, CAN affect on the balance of power, and therefore should be shared (wisely with me)!!!11
